Sccoby-Doo in the house and ready to Pah-Tay! Welcome to Coolsville, U.S.A., home of the legendary Mystery, Inc. Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo are about to receive their highest honor yet: a lifetime achievement award from the Coolsonian Museum. The museum is even sponsoring a display of all the monsters the gang has ever unmasked.

But - ruh-roh-in the middle of the awards ceremony, Scooby and Shaggy accidently release all the monsters! A local TV reporter catches it all on candid camera. In a split second, the gang goes from heroes to zeroes.
